1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using MetriqBear ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. The service

MetriqBear provides nutrition and fitness tracking, AI-assisted meal estimation, planning and educational content for general wellness.

3. Accounts & trial

New accounts receive a 7-day full-access trial. One trial per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Billing & cancellation

After the trial, Premium costs $5.99/month or $49.99/year. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel anytime in-app or via your store — access continues until period end. Refunds follow store policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, scrape or upload unlawful content to the App, or attempt to probe its security.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its code, design, branding and content belong to MetriqBear. You retain all rights to content you create (logs, photos, recipes).

7. Health disclaimer

MetriqBear is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Outputs are estimates. Consult a qualified professional before changing diet or exercise, especially if pregnant, diabetic or under care.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetriqBear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination & data

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. Trial data is deleted 38 days after trial start if unsubscribed; lapsed paid accounts are deleted 13 months after subscription end. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in-app or by email before taking effect.
